📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and verify customer details to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Conduct field visits to collect and update customer information using Salesforce and SAP.
Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to credit facilities.
Collaborate with the collections team to recover overdue payments.
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data integrity.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field.
Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP for customer data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
Ability to travel extensively within Yogyakarta and surrounding areas.
