📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and refine recipes for traditional Chinese dishes, with a focus on la mian.
• Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
• Source and manage inventory of high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Represent the restaurant at culinary events and workshops.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Chinese cuisine and culinary techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Proven expertise in preparing la mian, including mastering the art of hand-pulling noodles.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and software such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
