📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
• Identify and address potential hazards and risks on the job site.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect the workforce and the environment.
• Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to ensure that all safety measures are effectively communicated and followed.
• Document and report on safety incidents, near-misses, and accidents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and used safely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on field operations.
• Certification in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to safety management.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
