📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's purchasing records and databases.,Support the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods and services.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Provide assistance in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or related roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
