📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare food for service according to customer orders and special requests.,Follow all food safety and health regulations and guidelines.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
