As a Frozen Food Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our production processes meet the highest standards of HACCP, GMP, and Halal certification. You will work closely with our team to optimize production efficiency, maintain strict quality control, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per bulan and the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company in Bali’s food industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the production of high-quality frozen food products, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Halal certification standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and incorporate feedback into production processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food industry, with a focus on frozen food or similar products.
• Certifications in HACCP, GMP, and Halal food manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the food industry in Bali and understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.
