📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Developing and implementing menus that meet customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Managing inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in staff training and development programs.
  • Creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with menu planning and cost control.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
