Puskesmas Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food, and leading a team of skilled chefs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience with budgeting and cost control.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
