📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.
  • Participate in hybrid meetings and team activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market is advantageous.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
