📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
