📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and mentor a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.,Monitor branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics, and report to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Lead and participate in branch initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
