PT Gading Inti is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and team leadership.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report cash handling activities to ensure accuracy and security.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional environment.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, and escalate issues as necessary.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software.,Ability to perform basic arithmetic and financial calculations.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications preferred.
