📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
  • Perform and supervise a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Mentor and train junior staff on laboratory procedures and techniques.
  • Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
