PULSE Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve the restaurant's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of success in managing staff, budgets, and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid food safety and health certification is a plus.
