📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Lead and mentor junior store admins to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Assist in planning and executing store events and promotions.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail inventory management systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
