📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of telesales agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record of sales growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
