📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential legal risks and opportunities.
• Support the legal team in managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation of legal memoranda and other legal correspondence.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Participate in legal training and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
