📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
