📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Provide technical support and consultations to clients to ensure the successful implementation of our packaging and coding solutions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to promote our solutions and drive sales.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure the effective use of our solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the packaging or coding industry.,Strong understanding of packaging and coding technologies and solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
