📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Support team members in achieving their individual and team goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all team activities and achievements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).,Experience in a team-based environment is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
