📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Process reservations and handle guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems, such as Opera, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
