Genset Technician (Bali Area) - Maintenance & Troubleshooting Specialist

Arthur Teknik Indoprima is seeking a skilled and motivated Genset Technician to join our team in Bali. As a key member of our technical operations, you will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of our genset units through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring that our genset units are always operational. You will work closely with our engineering team to implement improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards. Based in Denpasar, you will be part of a team that values technical excellence and continuous learning.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, preferably with experience in genset maintenance. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on genset units, including oil changes, filter replacements, and belt adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain genset performance metrics, such as fuel consumption and output power.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of genset units.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in genset maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including generators and engines.
• Familiarity with genset brands such as Cummins, Perkins, or Doosan.
• Certification in electrical or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Fluke, Multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
