As an Inventory Analyst at MEDTEK, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal stock levels. You will leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment to meet customer requirements and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and source materials at competitive prices.
• Implement inventory management best practices and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain and logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
