📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and support
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand the client's needs and develop a comprehensive project plan
• Implement automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance workflow automation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting processes and workflows
• Experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
